Closings! Is it Possible?

I have two listings that have ratified contracts. One buyer has removed all her contingencies on one and the other will be removing their's tomorrow. Both transactions had some issues but we have overcome the problems. I feel very positive that both will close escrow at the end of the month. Even with all the negative press around, there are buyers who have the money and can get a loan. Think Positive! We all can close escrows even in this market!
