I am having excellent success renting a wide variety of Natomas rentals in the month of October. Older property in South Natomas as well as newer property in North Natomas are all renting up to qualified applicants in less than 30 days. The song remains the same: price the property properly and the good applications will come! This past week I picked up two new accounts in Natomas--one is a 2 bed 2 bath Condo at Syrah, the other is a 3 bed 2.5 bath home in Natomas off West River and Orchard drive. Both properties took deposits in the same week I picked them up. As soon as the pictures were posted on our website www.homepointe.com, some pre qualified applicants who had been regularly scouring our vacancy list transferred their approved apps, viewed the properties with me and placed deposits.
