Homes in Tuolumne County again dropped ever so slightly. This week
they averaged $298,458 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.*
The number of days on the market (DOM) rose by a couple of days.
Currently Tuolumne County Homes* still have an average market time of
156 days.
Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and
sizes, inventory fell again this week from 536 to 531. The median asking
price remained the same $349,000 with an average time of 165 days on
the market.

This week in 2006, 7 properties went into contract and 12 sold with an
average price of $339,825 and 145 DOM.
In the year 2007, 4 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price
of $313,063 and 132 DOM............
In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 8 Residential
properties went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of
$278,455 and 156 DOM.
