Where to buy in Natomas--a property manager's perspective

I can't count how many inquiries I have received from investors, friends and family as to where to find a good investment. The question typically starts: "James, the sales market is looking like it is near the bottom--do you have any sure fire bets on where to buy a rental"? Well, if I knew exactly what investments would pay off I would make it a full time hobby and forget work altogether. What I do tell those who ask is what areas in Natomas--North and South--that I find easiest to rent. If you take a look at a map and make some distinct boundaries--certain areas of Natomas absolutely rent easier than others. A quick guideline for areas that rent easiest in South Natomas is anything North of San Juan Blvd and West of Northgate Blvd. North Natomas has newer homes that generate more interest from qualified applicants. Westlake generates the most interest followed by Natomas Park then other areas of North Natomas such as Regency Park. For more detailed data feel free to contact me.

I have managed property in Natomas for the better part of a decade and am happy to talk to anyone with rental property to help determine if you are receiving market rent for your home or condominium. If you are thinking of buying we have a list of outstanding agents we refer to that specialize in investment opportunities.
