Let's get the word out to as many HomeOwners as we can who might be in financial distress. Encourage them to contact their lender in order to attempt to negotiate a loan modification. Let's try to keep HomeOwners in their homes and FORECLOSURES OFF
THE MARKET. Let's keep the homes looking like this one instead of the one up above.
Now, if your lender won't work with you.....here is another alternative http://www.foreclosureavoidancenetwork.com/RezaZargari
If you decide to look into it, be sure you know everything up front. It does cost money and it does not appear to be guaranteed. There is a video when you click on to download the forms. Please contact me so I can refer you. I do have the forms printed out. My contact info roxnrog@caltel.com

Hi Roxanne;
I agree with you, I did with one of my sellers.
you know I had a client who tried to modify their loan with Indymac...they were told that they would have to be behind in their payments first....isn't that amazing...
I read some information today about loan modification. Sounds pretty intense but compared to the alternative, it would be worth the effort
Anthony.......Did you client negotiate with their own lender or through another source? Do you know the outcome?
David.........I just want to be careful because I have heard that even when you negotiate with your own lender there might be hidden agenda behind the scenes that you are not aware of or you just don't understand.
Konnie........I think they should try it again and be persistent. I think there will be programs coming up that might amaze us all. Your clients should not give up. I think the public should get tough with their lenders.
Leslie.......do you have any information to share with us about the loan modification? I am interested and I am sure many many people out there are interested also.
