WOW!!! Thanks for all of the replies to my original blog & sign up on this site! There is such great support & camaraderie here! I wish I had signed up sooner. Within the first 2 hours of signing up I received a new potential buyer for my area of expertise. They are coming to look at properties next month in South Lake Tahoe, California.
