The number of days on the market (DOM) fell as well. Currently

sizes, inventory fell yet again this week from 521 to 502. The median
asking price remained the same $339,900 with an average time of 168

properties went into contract and 9 sold with an average price of
$278,289 and 164 DOM.

properties went into contract and 7 sold with an average price of
$283,843 and 174 DOM.
