I was just watching CNN and I read a newsline, You Know the Ones That Run By Quickly at The Bottom of the Screen, that said more people who have heart attacks who get little sleep. I have always felt that we need at least 8 hours sleep in order to stay healthy. I guess it is a proven fact. We also need to eat healthy, drink lots of water and exercise. The exercise part is where I have difficulty. Go to CNN to find America's healthiest grocery stores.
