How a Realtor can close 95% of his short sales without an Attorney

This is my first video blog on short sales. (click there.)   In it I  have a good time as I respond to comments made by a local Realtor (on his website)  who claims he has negotiated more succesful short sales than other Realtor in Southern California (virtually). 

On his website he claims that you do not need a lawyer and his clients get full releases and never sign promissory notes.  Plus he has a 95% closing ratio.  

The link to his website was sent to me and I was impressed - so I said to myself I wonder if he really is getting "full releases".  If he is - he is doing a great job.

Now remember he says you do not need a lawyer and all his clients get full releases...

This will also be helpful to the many people who have to review short sales releases which refer to a mortgage.

I have the benefit of also being licensed as an attorney in a mortgage state and a deed of trust state.
