At Abacus we work as a Team, and I believe to have a few hours for our agents to tour our company listings is very important. All our agents get to support one another and the sellers know they have a whole company working for them. Of course, this is a good way to know our inventory. AND, it is FUN to get together and go as a group! We Realtors are a fun group and we love what we do!

Hi Kathy, our company does this as well. We have agents from two office's go every Tuesday. It's a great way to keep the listings in their minds, as well as provide feedback to the seller. We will be doing this tomorrow, and my new listing is on the schedule. It sounds like you enjoy your work. That's great. How often do you do the tours?
