Have you Gone Green?

I have just signed for Esigning. Online encrypted several layers of safety Esigning.

With a little work my first esignature worked. I didn't Drive 5 miles nor did my clients drive five miles to

sign on document. I also sent it to the lender and escrow almost at once upon receiving

it back.

That is all good. What is the planet impact of esigning in real estate?

After attending a presentation, I walked away with two facts.

One: Each real estate deal uses one tree worth of paper. A tree gone.

Two: Each signed paper document costs about $168 whereas

each esigned doc costs about $6.

I felt good esigning. I know that Going Green is politically correct. I know that being an

Eco Broker gives my real estate office a degree of difference to other real estate offices.

And I like being a Planet Friendly Realtor.
