California Foreclosure's Hardest Hit Zip Codes

Since 2006 we have auditing and reporting mortgage fraud and predatory lending in our area, the Antelope valley to ALL related Local, Federal and State Agencies* and the ONLY responces we got were: "this is not our jurisdiction" "this is civil matter" there is no fraud" "we are still researching applicable laws" "you signed it , it's your fault" "is this a report from that crazy guy from Avenue S" "that's how loans really are" "sorry to hear your problems, we cannot help" and the list of denial goes on.ven.

It would be shame to find out why no help was given.

Now, published in the LA Times real Estate Blogs:

Antelope Valley, California 2008-2009

ZIP code throughout Southern California in the first quarter of 2008, so that you can see where the foreclosure problem is most acute, and where it is least evident.

We've calculated foreclosures per household (technically, the other way around: households per foreclosure) to correct for varying populations in different ZIP codes.

A sneak preview: The 10 L.A. County ZIPs with the highest number of foreclosures in 1Q 2008, and the percentage increase from 1Q 2007. Source: DataQuick Information Systems. These are for single-family detached homes.
