I'm off to a good start for 2009, with a closed escrow on Jan 13th. It was a little one, but it got me off to a good start mentally and emotionally. This is a businees of extreme highs and lows. Right now I'm on a high. Thinking I have a lot of potential that I am working on, new listings, contacting FSBO's, buyers, referrals, etc. The possibilities are endless. To all you agents out there. Keep trying, put on your happy face and think good thoughts.
