How Would You Describe Your FIRST Transaction?

Let's face it...no matter how successful we are now in our profession, looking back...we were once a newbie..did not know so many things compared to what we know now. I kind of thought to post this blog to help new licensees(before their first transaction) feel that they are not alone in feeling: nervous, not so confident, not having the right can-do attitude, fear of making mistake, etc...when they finally have to face their first client..
