I am actively looking for lenders in the Rain who deal with investors!

Hello All!

I am actively searching and interviewing potential lenders whom I and my newly formed company will be working with in our current and upcoming deals as investors!

I have 6 pre-qualification questions and if you meet any of these criteria please email me as soon as possible for further discussion:

a. Do you have any creative finacing for investors?

b. Do you have any no money down loans for investors?(ex. down payment assistance programs, seller allowed to carry back down payment)

c. Do you have any 5-10% down loans for investors?

d. Do you have No Doc or No Income No Asset(NINA) loans?

e. Will you allow the seller to carry the down payment and pay closing costs?

f. Will you lend on purchase amount or after repair value(ARV)?
