What do you offer to Guests at your OPEN HOUSES?

Open Houses are such wonderful times to meet the neighbors, and other potential future clients....as well as obviously, SHOW OFF the listing You are holding Open...and hopefully GET IT SOLD.

During Open Houses...it's fun to give away things. I enjoy that immensely.

Usually I have goodie bags and give away:

Neighborhood Listings and Useful Information

Current High Gloss Magazine of Homes for Sale in the AREA

a Chip Clip, pen, pad and/or calendar with my information on it (so I'm never far away!)

...and my signature trademark is BAKING COOKIES!
