Have you noticed it? the vibe! The Feeling of excitement, I have! It is awesome... In my personal opinion there is a feeling in our local marketplace that we have not seen over 4-5 years.
Agents in most of my market centers are back doing the basic tasks that helped them attain success before the market took a dive in 2007.
Most Importantly, the real estate industry is a full contact sport! Many today are using technology as a tool to hide behind, instead of leveraing its value to make every contact a better one.
