Rancho Santa Fe is a unique community in that the prices are very high, marketing times are long, and inventory of attached homes is very limited. Thus you will see some data are not available for the early part of the year for attached homes because none have sold. Because of the high prices, the median and average can shift quite a bit from month to month.

The inventory of Rancho Santa Fe homes for sale has increased slightly in 2007, but overall is 13% below the peak inventory of January 2006.

If you searching for a home in this community and would like a complete list of properties that meet your criteria (price, size, etc.) I am happy to provide that to you, with no obligation.

Since the town does not allow for sale signs there is no way to know what properties are for sale if you are driving around and looking. The same is true in La Jolla, if that community is of interest. Stay tuned for a community profile there.
