The Westside as it is referred to is that part of Redding that rises in altitutde and snuggles up to the Western Mountain Ranges that are to the West of Redding. The topography rises a couple hundred feet and you have gently rolling hills that afford homes wonderful views. We have some of our most prestigious homes atop these hills and you can see why.
