Country Heights,it's a very popular subdivision on the West Side of Redding. In the middle price ranges for Redding Country Heights is home to many desiring a nice subdivision that is under $350k and close to downtown.

So what has sold in Country Heights this year so far you ask? Well....only 3 has sold on our Realtor's own MLS....that's all....one of them was a Great Value....2058 Sq.ft for only $255k....WOW....That same home would have sold for almost $400k at the top....but that was then....and this is now....
