Snowfall has returned to the Ski Park and is finally building a base. Snowfall measurements are 28" at the top of Douglas lift and 20" at the Lodge. The snowfall forecast for Mount Shasta looks good through Tuesday. Temperatures are forecast in the 20's and 30's. Have a great week! (January 20,2012). 1/2 day through season pass specials. Mount Shasta Board & Ski Park is the newest ski park in California, after opening in 1985. Opening day is not set, but should be soon. The park's normal hours are 9am - 4pm for day skiing and until 9pm for night skiing .
