South Bay LA Real estate trend uptick in sales

Have you noticed the swing into sales in the last week? The South Bay means a lot of things in California. In Southern California it includes the 10-mile stretch of beaches called Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach. All three fall south of LAX airport. Something nice is slightly felt as buyers crept out of the woodwork last week and bought homes. Several sales happened with only a few days on the market. They were priced to sell. Then price was right on the nose.

One had multiple offers and some had unique situations. Two were on streets where all you have to do is let the neighbors know its coming out for sale and you have buyers ready to leap. 17th Street in Manhattan Beach is one street families want to live on. Anything with an ocean view has then nod of buyers. Views alone add the attention deserving home a buyer eventually. Finally, beauty wins every time if it is very pretty clean and bright.
