It involved changes a little at a time. I stopped drinking the famous drink Coke Cola. I am surprised I haven't gotten even a postcard from them. I can even buy it and have it for guests...and not drink it. That is big! However at 16 tbs of sugar you can be big from the habit. Diet drinks taste bad its kind of a tin taste. And I think the chemicals are worse than sugar. Also, you tend to drink several a day...that can't be good. What's in it to make you want more?

Now water is what carries around all your food to your body. The coke drinkers could try drinking equal water for every coke...and just to wash down the colas.
Isagenix has a missing link to the diet world...DETOX it really works to clean up your body.
It also helps repair a damaged day..I went to Burger king one day and tried 2 tacos. That is just not for me ever again. Maybe you have to be 16 and a football player...to digest it. I hear you purists saying why Burger King. Well I was out with my grandkids and thats what they wanted to try!
So I detoxed for one day with my wonderful isagenix and felt a whole lot better. Back to 2 shakes a day for now.
And weight watcher tips I read in the paper. They took a paper plate and drew on it the portion size and the values of the food
You could do this....with any plate put on small portions and leave room around every item. If you have to try it all....and load up on the veggies not the dips. to fill up. And go ahead and have dessert if you want to on Christmas day, just don't take home the pie when it is offered.
Walking
A few weeks ago my husband and I started walking to the beach and going up the 71 stairs and backwards down a ramp. It is fun out on Catalina at the Avenue's
If you make it fun and outside then: you will take back a little vacation each day.
After all on vacations don't you find yourself walking?
