Redondo Beach at Christmas

Each house has a different feel and each city. My last post was Hermosa Beach at Christmas and it looked like any day any month. Its really what they say about the Rose Bowl. People come here when they are showed in and watch our game here. But we really have a go at Christmas even without snow. Its raining now as I write this in the middle of the night in January. We have a whole Christmas lights area nearby that cars line up forever to see the lights. This neighbors home is alway dressed for every season. I sent you Halloween on a previous blog. Now I send you Christmas complete with Ferris Wheel. One side of this street in the "Avenues" has income property 2 on a lot selling in the 1.3+ range and the other side of the street has single family homes.

We have 18 for sale from 599 to 2,450.000 in these 2 mls areas of south Redondo.

2 have sold this month. 858K and 2million dollars. A small 3 br bungelow and a big 5 bedroom spanish with ocean view but not new and it was reduced 99K and 97 days on the market. An agent in our office sold it hooray Remax!
