Homes that are priced right are selling and buyers who are qualified are definitely able to get loans. The income tax credit of $8000 for first time home buyers, the low housing prices and the low interest rates are causing a lot of buying activity. In order to get the tax credit, the house must close on or before November 30, 2009. Don't wait too long or you'll miss out on these factors that make now a great time to buy a house in Riverside, Corona or anywhere in the Inland Empire.
