Here is the latest information about the real estate market in Lake Hills Reserve - Riverside California. These numbers for Lake Hills Reserve are as of 5/5/2010. 

Active listings    There are only five homes listed on the multiple listing service now.  Of those five homes, one is a standard sale, one is bank-owned and three are short sales.  These homes range in price from $374,000 for a 3450 sq ft home up to $550,000 for a 4576 sq ft home.  Two months ago there were 20 homes for sale in Lake Hills Reserve.  It is apparent that the inventory of homes for sale has really shrunk.   

Here are the active listings in Lake Hills Reserve as of 5/5/2010.

Listings in escrow    There are only four homes in escrow right now in Lake Hills Reserve.  Of those, one is a standard sale and three are short sales. These range in price from the lowest price at $365,000 for a 3450 sq ft home to $479,900 short sale home that is 4576 sq ft.  Two months ago, there were 15 homes in escrow.  

Solds  Ten homes have sold in the last 90 days.  Five were standard sales, three were short sales,  and two were bank-owned. The sale prices ranged from $350,000 for a 3045 sq ft home up to $750,000 for a 5411 sq ft home (this was one of the model homes that sold.
