Hi Gena, From your numbers, there still seems lto be a disconnect between the offering price and the sales price. The Days on market do seem improved though so perhaps from the indicators, your market is gradually improving,Yes?
Gena anyone thinking about selling or moving to either Roseville or Granite Bay CA would be wise to choose an experienced agent such as yourself. Having a pro in your corner in a challenging Real Estate market is vital.
Tom, me too Tom. Yes wasn't bad...weather was Purrrfect!
William, in favor of the Home Buyer! Always a good thing!! To be honest with you William, DOM really don't mean a whole lot right now with agents putting listings on and off. Unless I personally check each one, and run a history of the property, I don't put much credence into DOM although the public seems to enjoy DOM.
Bill, my goodness...why thank you kind sir.
Glad to see you back Gena. Hope you are feeling better. -Charles
