My elevator speech!

Here is my elevator speech: how I quickly explain what I do for a living, when meeting people for the first time.

Hi - I'm Susan Neal from Fair Oaks. My life has centered around real estate for most of my life, as a real estate agent, a real estate developer, an attorney, and a real estate broker, now proud to be with Century 21 Noel David Realty.

I've seen nearly every situation you can think of, and I have learned how to avoid the pitfalls in a transaction that can cause problems for buyers and sellers.

I love working with people, and my goal in life is to help people experience as trouble-free and enjoyable a transaction as possible. In fact, my motto is: "Happy clients make me happy."
