Though we are in a void of time between Christmas and New Years I am still seeing decent turn outs to my open houses. People still need to live somewhere and are enduring the weather to make it happen. With the slow season it is always important to stay sharp in your efforts to market--fewer prospects means you must capture those who do show interest. Make sure the home is as presentable as possible and always point out what items are scheduled to be improved. If the property is priced properly it will rent.
Sincerely,
James Safonov
