Sacramento Surprise

Happy Easter SacramentoA couple of very important surprises have been uncovered this week. Sacramento Real Estate Voice will reveal this GREAT surprise! Read on.

Can't believe how fast Easter has come this year... Happy Easter!

Sacramento has so many new blessings to be thankful for.

As many of you know, my Sacramento home buyers and home sellers become my friends and circle of family.

Real Estate is not just about the commission, it's about helping people find just the right place to make lasting memories.

Real Estate is more than just putting a sign in front of the home for sale. Real Estate is more than just finding a house for a home buyer.

If this mess in Real Estate right now with foreclosures and short sales hasn't taught everyone that there is more to REAL Estate, nothing ever will. It's important who you decide to work with...trust, integrity and character along with experience will serve each and every real estate home buyer and seller well.

My home buyers and home sellers are not part of this mess. Instead, my home buyers in Sacramento, Elk Grove, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Rancho Murieta, Wilton, Roseville, Granite Bay, Rocklin, Lincoln, Auburn and El Dorado Hills, Davis, and West Sacramento all know that they received good loans from a reputable Mortgage Lender and don't use their homes as an ATM machine. They are responsible homeowners who also understand the importance of credit score.

Are you waiting for the Surprise???? Ok, here we go.

Now, for some great news that I received this week from two, make that three of my previous First Time Home Buyersand repeat home buyer and home seller who are now homeowners. First, starting in order of sequence..maybe not.

Click on Sacramento Real Estate Voice to see the Good NEWs and PHOTOS. (Plus check out the Bunny on my outside blog to see what he actually does that doesn't seem to work on this platform.) It's kinda cute.

Great article, Gena. I love your post for your homebuyers. Bet they appreciate it, too. Happy Easter!

Jeff

Happy Easter to you too!  I will have to check out the mysterious bunny on your other site.

Jeff, I sent it to all of my previous clients and to the ones I am currently working with along to my sphere of influence and the emails I have received have been very heartwarming. Yes, I think they all appreciated it and I know I appreciate each and every one of them. They quite special to me.

Happy Easter to you, too Jeff.

Happy Easter Georgina, I got a bang out of the Easter Bunny. Hope you did too.

Hi Gena,

What a great outside blog you have! I went and read about your clients and they all seem so great! I love your little Bunny! Ooops...I should have responded on your other blog. It looks great!

Flashed by the Easter Bunny, what a hoot!  Nice post about keeping in contact and making friends along the way.

What a nice way Gena to congratulate your clients.

Gena there sure is more to Real Estate than just a commission. It's about relationships for sure! Happy Easter to you!

Tom, a very Happy Easter to you. as well...hope you find the golden egg!

Linda, glad you liked Sacramento Real Estate Voice. I am so lucky that I have had such great clients that really have been like family. In fact, while recovering from my recent back surgery they have all been great and feel so much like family to me.

Isn't the bunny cute. I wish he would work here but I'm glad you got to see what he does.  Happy Easter, Linda.

Miriam, glad you liked the flash...I thought it was priceless. Wish it worked here. It's not hard to be friends with my clients. They are so terrific. I have been truly blessed.

Steve, I couldn't resist. What great news all in one week and then the huge baby girl that was born just last month that I received a photo of...couldn't really make that one public. All such happy news in the midst of hearing all the bad news on the TV...thought it was time to turn it around and what a great time of year to do that...Happy Easter, Steve.

Bill, absolutely. And like I've said before, I feel so tremendously blessed to have had such wonderful clients that have been with me for many years along with their families. It's been a true joy. I think that's where "passion" for what we do comes through and if you don't have that passion you need to find out what does bring passion to you and do that, instead. Wouldn't you agree?  Happy Easter, Bill.

Gena, I love the way you are using your blog to highlight your special clients. No wonder they love you and become part of your family!

Margaret, hello....how are you. I've missed you. Thank you for your kind comment. I do so love my clients who really are't my clients anymore, their my friends.  Hope you had a nice Easter.

Gena,

Just left you a voice message. Let's talk soon.
