Sacramento May 2008 Home Sales Report

Home sales of residential houses from January 2008 through May 2008 has steadily risen in Sacramento County.

Homes are selling in the Sacramento area and Real Estate is alive and recovering. The numbers don't lie and these are just the single family homes depicted in the above chart.

These residential homes include Short Sale and Foreclosure homes. Home Buyers and Investors are ready and willing and scarfing up some excellent Real Estate buys.

1,544 Homes Sold in May 2008
