Sacramento is unique in many ways and weather is one of those things. The change in weather can at times be some what extreme, I am not talking South pole extreme but enough to cause damage to your commercial property. Alex Macias of A&B landscaping says this is the perfect time of the year to get a property winter ready. Trimming is crucial and the temperature is perfect for doing this to avoid having a dead tree due to frost damage, plus it should do better in the event of a major wind storm which Sacramento is known for having.
Time to also fix any broken stakes should you have young trees, there is nothing worse than driving bye a shopping center and seeing 10-15 blown down trees.
Get your sprinkler system tested to get any fixes done before the heavy rain season gets here, you do not want a big muddy hole should you have to show the property. Also inspect the outside pipe covers to get an idea of the cost. The last thing you need is a frozen or broken pipe,Sacramento can deliver some very cold nights that have been know for bursting a pipe or two.
Depending on the size of the property this things can take up to a week to do. These simple things could end up saving you thousands.
