Hi, I'm New to Active Rain

I'm a busy Realtor in Sacramento, working in residential real estate, primarily in Land Park, Curtis Park, downtown, Midtown and East Sacramento. Sometimes if the client and property are right, I will go to outlying areas.

I chair a business group of Buffini member Realtors who meet to discuss industry-related issues and find appropriate resolutions for clients.

I was invited by Elizabeth Weintraub to this group and this is my very first post. I look forward to reading other blogs and posting my own comments and getting to know everyone.

As you can see by this picture, I'm not too busy to have dined in the courtyard at the Firehouse in Old Sacramento with Elizabeth.
