Nia classes are held regularly by Terre Pruitt Tuesday at 6 pm thru the Park and Rec Department in San Carlos.
And Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 am in Willow Glen/San Jose.
Come try it on Sunday morning. Get an energizing cardio workout in the morning it will help you start your day and leave you plenty of time to continue the fun!
You might want to bring water, a towel, and a mat.
