The sales volume is down for resale homes 2.4 percent and down 1.7 percent on condos and down 26.5 percent for new homes.

• Laguna Niguel sales prices are down 12.3 percent and the sales volume is down 4.4 percent.
• Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 2.3 percent and the sales volume is down 1.8 percent.
• San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 7.0 percent and the sales volume is down 42.9 percent.
• San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 7.0 percent and the sales volume is down 14.0 percent.

Three weeks in a row that zip code 92672 in San Clemente has taken it on the chin down in sales volume 42.9 again a bad week percent. Orange County inventory down 371 homes in just 2 weeks. We have not seen inventory that low since 2006.
