This weeks market report for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas from Mission Viejo Realtor shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were down 10.6 percent, for new homes it is down 0.1 percent and for resale condos down 8.8 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 2.4 percent and down 1.7 percent on condos and down 26.5 percent for new homes.

  • San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 7.0 percent and the sales volume is down 42.9 percent.
  • San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 7.0 percent and the sales volume is down 14.0 percent.

Three weeks in a row that zip code 92672 in San Clemente has taken it on the chin down in sales volume 42.9 again a bad week percent. Orange County inventory down 371 homes in just 2 weeks. We have not seen inventory that low since 2006.
