Does this make it hard to sell properties that are not foreclosures? It is hard to sell a fair priced house these days!

It adds to the inventory but a homes value is always what it has been and will be "what the buyer will pay" as long as it appraises.

The market is what it is - foreclosures and short sales now - gone tomorrow - you can look at it both ways .... In my market area a home that is not a foreclosure or short sale and is priced right will move very very fast.
