Do you hear what I hear?

It's not often I get to share good news about great service,
especially when it comes to finding senior services for my
elderly father.

Here's my story... one day before Christmas last
year, I accidentally dropped my dad's hearing aid (not to excuse
my clumsiness, but the holding case was poorly designed)
Anyway, it broke into 2 pieces when it hit the wood floor.
I know this has nothing to do with real estate, but we all must
know someone who is losing their hearing... and may need help.

Needless to say, it had to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible
so we went to a place called HearX. Thank goodness they found for us that it was
still under the warranty, so they sent it to the manufacturer for us.

When it came back about 10 days later, it was as good as new and
it didn't cost us anything, not even the postage.
As if that wasn't enough in itself, we were also sent to another
location to have it adjusted and that office had even greater
customer service, as that Dr. had all the equipment
to program the particular manufacturer that my dad's
hearing aid was from. They just had the nicest attitudes there.

Then today, about a month later, the hearing aid wasn't
working right, so we took it down to the same HearX center
and the assistant was so nice, even with the doctor on vacation,
she offered to check it out for us. She ended up cleaning it
out and also gave us a free cleaning kit and now it works as
good as new again.

Yep, if I could, I would give this business a quality
customer service award, instead I decided to write this long testimonial.

I love having conversations with my dad when he can hear, it's a world of difference!
If you know anyone who needs help hearing, my recommendation
is to give HearX a call. They are simply amazing!
