1. In 2008, La Jolla was the #2 Most Expensive real estate market in the country with an average sales price of $1.842 million, down only 2% from 2007
2. Solana Beach, long one of the county's more desirable coastal communities, posted a nearly 25 percent increase in housing values in 2008. Its increase was the highest in the county. The median price last year for all homes in the 92075 ZIP code was $1,060,000, based on 188 sales -- just 12 fewer than in 2007.
3. As of 2/6/2009, there is currently 1 single family home on the market in San Diego County under $50,000
4. As of 2/6/2009, there are currently 2 single family homes on the market in San Diego County over $50,000,000
5. Despite all of the doom and gloom, San Diego real estate is still selling. Remind me again, what is the median tempature in Sheboygan, WI this time of year?
