As you can see, the number of SOLDS in Scripps Ranch for DETACHED homes decreased slightly from 27 to 26 but, the Average List price, the Median List Price, The Average Sold Price and the Median Sold price went up! from June to July some positive signs for Scripps Ranch Real Estate. The number of homes under contract is slow in July and that decreased sharply from June.
Nevertheless, the market is NOT heading Downward in Scripps Ranch for the month of July. With both the average and median prices up for 26 sold homes we are encouraged that the market has stopped sliding in Scripps. Whether this trends continues we will have to trace over the next few months!
