Just curious.... moved from the area a couple years ago. How bad has the market gotten?
Cathleen - San Diego has "pockets" of foreclosures and short sales that have definitely pulled the entire market down. Of course, we have other areas where the prices really haven't changed much (coastal communities, Rancho Santa Fe, etc.) Overall, the pace seems to be picking up some steam - we are seeing multiple offers again and a lot of clients who were originally priced out of the market are seriously looking and making offers. There are definitely some great deals out there! But they go quick if priced right...
