Scripps Ranch Community Park

Scripps Ranch Community Park Sign

The Scripps Ranch Community Park is the largest public park in Scripps Ranch. It is maintained by the City of San Diego's Park & Recreation division. With 2 lighted ball fields, 1 joint use field, lighted outdoor basketball courts, a large turfed area, slides and a jungle gym, covered picnic shelters, barbeques with hot coal bins and a large indoor gymnasium (with a basketball court) with a multi-purpose room that has a kitchen and classrooms, there is bound to be something for everyone.

Open Area

There is a large amount of open space at this park. If you like to play frisbee, throw the football or just want to take your dog for a walk (there are plenty of them!), this is the place to go. Parking is ample and the lights stay on until 10:00pm every night.

Play Area 2

The play area is a great place for children. There is a large jungle gym, swings and slides for them to burn all that excess energy. The area is covered with sand so if they fall, you won't have to worry about any cuts or scrapes!

Play Area

The Recreation Center is by far the biggest attraction at the park. There are a ton of activities available. Click here for the Center's latest Program Guide.
