Activist Realtors

I attended the San Francisco Chinese Association of Realtors banquet and heard that it was formed because the Chinese agents in the City did not feel that they were paid attention to by the local association of Realtors.

I am pondering an association of Activist Realtors. I volunteer my time in a few areas of my neighborhood and the city at large. I know of a few other Realtors that do also. The point of the association would be to support the work that each does and be able to bring attention to the issues that each feels are important.

Do you work on parks issues, safety and disaster preparedness, school issues, teen, violence prevention, homelessness etc.

Would you organize a Association of Activist Realtors in your area? Do you think the idea has merit?
