Adjusting Open House Dates for Major Events? 12-3pm for the Niners!!!
Niners Play at 3:30pm!
Open House at 183-185 Hancock in the Heart of the Castro from 12noon - 3pm on Sunday Jaunuary 22.
Holding open houses in San Francisco is a great way to showcase a house, find a buyer for that house and to pick up future business. It a hotbed of opportunity. Sellers usually love it because here in San Francisco buyers attend open houses. It's a great way to see property and often leads to the eventual buyer having found their new home just that way. For the agent it's also great since you can get great traffic and that's what it's about.

But what happens when the entire town is going to be glued the the tube watching the Niners play the New York Giants. Well you may have a problem...or do you? Solution. Adjust the open house times to accommodate and that is what San Francisco real estate agents are doing...and so am I.

My fabulous vacant two unit house at 183-185 Hancock will be open from 12-3pm on Sunday...and we're making it an event. Balloons, a San Francisco delicacy, beverages. If you're in the area come by. Look for the gold and red balloons. My company is also providing a great market push in the bay area, advertising the Pre-Game Open Houses across the bay. It's a great time to buy in San Francisco as prices have firmed, the economy has improved and the city has never been more vibrant.
Well we'll see you on Sunday. We're not competing with the big game...and maybe we'll all get together at someones house with a great big flat screen and cheer on our favorite team...after the open house!
