Saturday, October 3, 2009 there is a Niamaste Celebration Playshop in Berkeley from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Play and dance with Sabine and Philippe residents of Auroville, India. This will be a one hour playshop and then a one hour Nia class. Click for for details.
Sunday, October 4, 2009 there is a Nia Jam in Berkeley from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
Come enjoy the fun and joy with various East Bay Nia Teachers. A jam is basically a two hour Nia class with different teachers leading. Click for for details.
