San Francisco Bay Area - A GREAT Place to Live

One of the BEST things about the San Francisco Bay Area is the weather in the South Bay. We have the best weather! Our weather is so great that on Friday in September we are going to be doing Nia outstide in a park.

I have a Friday Nia class and normally it is held at a studio in Los Gatos, but the studio is moving and it has been moving all month. My students want to do Nia more than twice a week so we are going to do Nia in the Park on Friday, Sept. 30, 2011.

Some details:

When: FRIDAY, September 30, 2011 at 9:30 am
Where: Frank Bramhall Park in San Jose.

The park is really close to the studio in Willow Glen. It is on the corner of Willow and Camino Ramon. (A is the studio, B is the area where we meet.)

We are going to meet at the volleyball courts which are closest to Britton Ave. So far the volleyball court was mostly in the shade for the whole hour. Nia is usually done in bare feet, but we have been wearing shoes.
