Carlsbad, California-based Flippin' Pizza opened its fifth North county location Wednesday this time in San Marcos. The New York Style pizzeria at 342 Twin Oaks Valley Road, San Marcos, California -- celebrated the opening with complimentary slices. The New San Marcos location is the first in the chain to feature a bar and a chopped salad station. Patrick Farley, Owner of the original Knockout Pizzeria of Carlsbad, California launched Flippin 'Pizza in 2007.
