San Marino CA - September 2011 Sales Recap & Market Update

In September 2011 there were 18 properties sold according to the local multiple listing service. They ranged in sold price from $845,000 to $2,820,000 with a median price of $1,399,000 and an average sales price of $1,489,444. In September 2010, there were nine sales and they ranged in price from $1,050,000 to $2,250,000 with a median sales price of $1,500,000 and an average closed price of $1,644,756.

There are currently 32 homes on the market for sale ranging in price from $950,000 to $3,499,500. 20 properties are in escrow and they range in list price from $1,134,500 to $5,998,000.

Demand for properties in San Marino remain high with many homes continuing to receive multiple offers.
