The sales prices ranged from $340,000 to $1,295,000. The median price for September was $685,000, and the median price per sq ft came in at $298, both of which were down slightly from August numbers. The average days on market were 48 for the month, down from the August average of 52 days on the market.
The San Ramon neighborhoods of Gale Ranch, Inverness Park, Bollinger Hills, Four Oaks, and Windemere saw strong activity. There were 3 sales over $1 million, all in the Old Ranch neighborhood.
