San Ramon Market Report: Week of March 22

Below is my report for this week in San Ramon! Well the market is still declining in price as 48% of the homes on the market reduced their prices. I suspect that we will see a slight leveling off as we prepare for the summer months, however I suspect we will continue back on our downward pricing trend by September.
