The City of Santa Clarita Offers a Free Flu shot at the College of the Canyons on Friday October 30th 2009

Halloween offers family fun- Find a Pumpkin Patches, Haunted Houses, Amusement Park & Activity near the Santa Clarita Valley!

The First Time Buyers Credit is Ending & You must own your new home by November 30th 2009 to Qualify for the $8,000 Tax Credit. However Congress is now deciding on whether to extend and/or expand this Tax Credit!

The Bill that has support of Republicans, Democrats & Independents and the best chance of passing consists of the following:

• Extension of the $8,000 Tax Credit
• Extend until June of 2010
• Tax Credit to be Offered to All Buyers
• Raising the Earning limit for both single and married Buyers

Home sales continue to skyrocket with sales being split evenly between first time buyers and investors. More and more traditional home sellers are now listing their homes for sale.
